Reaching out for help can be scary.

Often people are leery to share their issues in fear of being judged, criticized, or told something

that may harm them instead of helping. It is important to approach these topics thoughtfully,

with care, compassion, and understanding . Feeling comfortable and safe with the person

you’re talking to is key to doing the work required to change.

As a therapist, clinical supervisor, and someone with over thirty-five years of experience in the field, I believe it is an honor and privilege when someone opens up and shares their struggles. Working with adolescents, teens, adults, seniors, couples and families who suffer with depression, anxiety/panic, addiction, relationship issues, eating disorders, trauma and more, I understand that each person is unique and that there is more than one way to get better.

I am passionate about continuing to learn and apply new techniques to help you achieve the happiness you deserve. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), meditation, yoga, nutritional therapy, tapping and ketamine are just a few of the many tools I use. Working with a team of licensed professionals including nutritionists, yoga instructors and consulting medical doctors and psychiatrists enables us to manage your total health.

In addition to individual sessions, I offer group, couples and family therapy. Please don’t wait to get the help you need to enjoy life again.
